When should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.
What if I'm late for my appointment?
Please do inform the spa if you're going to be late for your scheduled appointment to avoid any divergence with other clients.
Is service charge included?
Yes! There will be a 10% service charge and 13% GST added to your bill at the end of your service.
